These tart, tartlett, brioche, etc molds are not stainless steel as in the description. The manufacturer, Ai-De-Chef, does make them in stainless, model k143 (WITHOUT -01).I emailed the seller but they are clueless and/or playing possum as to why I was insisting on stainless steel molds. Their response was that no one else has complained about them. TTFN $8. Not worth the time and trouble to return them.Even more frustratingly, they are the small size I wanted: 2 1/2" round, tapering down to 1 1/2" and 3/4" tall, another 'mistake' in the description.
