I now have six of these and use them in my bakery for our deep-dish quiches. They hold up great in a commercial dishwasher, and a little pan spray is all it takes to pop a whole quiche out flawlessly each time - hot or cold. I previously purchased another brand's nonstick version, but the coating started to chip off pretty early. Not even worth going that route. These are great.

Makes a great pie pan. Easy to remove the pie, which winds up looking great if you follow Alton Brown's recommendation to use a pie bird. I also use silicon crust protectors to prevent charred edges.

Bought this pan a few weeks ago and have made several pies since then. Great pan, easy to clean, nice size, good depth and it doesn't have one of those awful non-stick coatings that always flake off and quickly lose their non-stickness.Would definitely recommend this pan.
